Travels have been in full swing since the last few days after the Covid epidemic. Trains stopped in the wake of corona are currently running. During the festive season, the Railways runs special trains to cater to the needs of the commuters.

However, there are many cases where many people have difficulty in booking a train ticket. This is because, to book train tickets, passengers have to register on the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) website or app. Trouble arises because they do not have an account. IRCTC has shared a video on its Twitter account on how to create your own account.

How to create an IRCTC account?
First you need to open the IRCTC official website.
Click on the register option
Enter your username
Now enter the same password in both boxes and select your language.
Select the security question and enter your answer under it.
Then enter other details like your name, gender, occupation, date of birth and click on continue.
Then enter the mail id, mobile number.
Then enter your full address, including the zip code.
The account will be created after entering the code sent to your registered number / email id and clicking register.
