In a viral video AIMIM Leader Ghufran Noor can be seen in a gathering of Muslims telling them to have more kids in order to create a voter base.
"Unless we have kids, how will we rule? how will Owaisi saab become Prime Minister?" said the leader. However Noor later claimed that he made those remarks only in front of his own people and not out in public.
