13 years of Virat Kohli...Glorious Success

It's been 13 years since Kohli made his debut in international cricket on August 18, 2008. On this occasion, Kohli said that he was very happy with his career. Even the average cricket fan is proud of his achievements.

Virat Kohli is the only Indian batsman who got 890 rating points in the ICC ODI ranking. Previously Sachin Tendulkar got the best rating of 887 in 1998. Virat Kohli scored more than 20,000 runs at an average of over 50 in all formats -Test matches(51.1), One Day Internationals(59.1), and T-20 matches(52).  Virat has played 400+ International matches, scored 7 double centuries, 70 centuries and 115 half-centuries.

He received National Honours such as Arjuna Award- 2013. Padma Shri-2017, India's fourth highest civilian award. Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award-2018, India's highest sporting honour.

He also received People's Choice Awards India For Favourite Sportsperson: 2012 and CNN-News18 Indian of the Year: 2017
