Central minister climbed above tree about phone signal

Problems come to us but do not understand what the people suffer. This is the latest experience of the Union Minister. Phone signals in villages are inadequate .. The towers are to be set up. And if such a difficult situation faced a central minister?

The Union Minister understood how difficult it is to speak phone in the village with this stunt. And .. if the difficulty comes to them directly in trouble .. Do you have anything else?
