Our neighbourhood country Pakisthan is facing a huge shortage of PhD's over 36,000.Now the pakisthan is focussing on its higher education efforts to country said in a meet on Friday.
There is a demand for 36,000 PhD's. The government has to increase the budget for its higher education to meet the ultimatum,said Mukhtar Ahmed the Dawn Federal Higher Education Commission chairman.Other wise country will face their deficit said the Higher Education Chairman Mukthar Ahmed.
