J&K's new chief secretary is Bhushan Vyas.

An IAS officer of the 1986 batch Bharat Bhushan Vyas appiointed as the new chief secretary of Jammu & Kashmir.The cabinet made a deision along with Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.Bhushan Vyas replaces an officer B.R.Sharma, who has been appiointed an advisor to the government.
Bhushan Vyas selected as Principal Sectretary to the the Chief Minister.And he has also served as Principal Secretary to two earlier Chief Ministers.The cabinet also transferred more than 12 senior IAS and State Administrative cadre officers.
